Subtitle Converter

Convert subtitle files between SRT (SubRip) and VTT (WebVTT) formats.

SRT to VTT

1. Go to SRT to VTT in the sidebar
2. Select your .srt file
3. Click Convert to VTT
4. The converted file saves next to the original

VTT to SRT

1. Go to VTT to SRT in the sidebar (under Tools)
2. Select your .vtt file
3. Click Convert to SRT
4. The converted file saves next to the original

When to Use

• SRT — Standard format for most video players (VLC, MPV, etc.)
• VTT — Used in web browsers and HTML5 video players
